IronCouple Eats

If we were to tell you that we were going to do the Ironman without any training, you would really think we were stupid, and probably worry that we would become injured. So it is also with food and nutrition. Our training and our nutrition compliment each other in helping us prepare our bodies for the Ironman.

We will be very candid with you that nutrition has not been an area either of us has taken seriously  at different seasons of our individual lives. Josh has struggled to gain/maintain a healthy weight healthily due to a ridiculously high metabolism and activity level. Likewise, Jessi has struggled to maintain a healthy weight healthily due to eating disorders and poor body image with an overactive activity level. So, needless to say, we both are seeking to be better stewards of our bodies throughout this process.  

Journey with us as we fuel our bodies! And feel free to steal them :)
